Darren G. Burge

Darren has been a practicing attorney in Southern California for 32 4 years.  Having previously managed a successful firm for more than a decade, he is now one of WLG's Senior Attorneys.   
 

Darren has considerable experience litigating a wide variety of cases including, construction defect, land subsidence and movement, structural and civil claims, inverse condemnation, government/municipal claims, real estate, professional liability (geology, soils engineering, structural engineering, architects, and civil engineering), property damage, mold, and personal injury litigation, including premises, construction accidents, bicycle, and motor vehicle claims.  
 

He has experience in both State and Federal Courts, including jury trials, court trials, arbitrations, and mediations.   
 

​Darren is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California, the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court, Central District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.
 

​Bar Association memberships for Darren include the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Ventura County Bar Association, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.

Darren holds a BA from California State University Northridge in Business Administration, and a Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne.     
 

Darren lives in Newbury Park, California, with his wife Mona, and he has two daughters, Jenna and Hanna.  Darren enjoys coaching high school basketball in his spare time.
